Honey & Hive Refund/Cancellation Policy

 What is the online return policy?

Most unopened items sold by Honey & Hive in new condition and returned within 10 days will receive a refund or exchange.* Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Honey & Hive will NOT return any items without a receipt.

​*Customer will be required to cover any return shipping associated with the return or exchange of item(s). In the case of an exchange, Honey & Hive may ask the customer to also cover the exchange shipping fees for the replacement item(s). Exchange shipping charges are up to the discretion of Honey & Hive and are determined on a case by case basis.

*Honey & Hive will not refund shipping fees for orders once the order has been shipped (once the customer has received the tracking number). 

What is the online cancellation policy?

Once the customer has received a shipping tracking number for the order, Honey & Hive will NOT cancel the order.

If you have any issues with your order (e.g. incorrect shipping address), please call (903) 463-3985 prior to receiving the shipping tracking number.

How do I get a refund?

Please call (903) 463-3985 to begin the refund process. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the item.

 *Customer will receive a follow up email within 2 business days with any additional request for information and to complete the return process. 

 Are there any return exceptions?

Returns and exchanges of specific items will NOT be accepted at any time. Items such as:

     Consumable items (e.g. snacks, beverages, pickled vegetables, salsa, etc.)

     Customized products (e.g. personalized gift boxes)

     Perishable products (e.g. live plants, succulents, etc.)

How will I be refunded for my return?

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.

Refunds to a third-party credit card or payment platform (PayPal) typically take 1-3 days. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card-issuing financial institution.

It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items returned to our Online Return Center before refunds can be processed.

For returns made in store, will also be refunded to the original form of payment used for your online purchase.
